} today is a Good day

one of those days that starts off Good and continues being Good.

in the morning i went for a 3k jog (and i did not die). but i felt unable to move for the next 30 minutes. but its ok, because it made me quite energetic 8) throughout the rest of the day.

i went to work and DID QUITE A LOT WITH MINIMAL DISTRACTIONS AND WITHOUT LOGGING ON TO MSN 8). oh and the receptionist smiled at me. i smiled back. yay!

and i had lunch in school and i picked the right stuff at the cai fan stall. sometimes i pick stuff that only looks good but doesnt taste, as good. BUT NOT TODAY

then i had property lecture and although i had just eaten lunch i was awake for most of it. 8) and i did not need coffee!!

then i went to the national library where i did a quick search for my research paper topic and i found an uber-promising-sounding book, though i'll have to look for it in the ref library another day. but still, SCORE

then i went to max brenner's to get back my cab fare. so i got 18 bucks and it turned out jean was working, so i got to catch up with her too! SCORE

then i went for a quick visit to the esplanade library where i picked out movies, for halloween (REAR WINDOW) and for after the trauma known as trial advocacy (FUNNY FACE). SCORE ..!!

oh and at the mrt station after i topped up my card, i helped a french?german?..european couple buy tickets to go to the airport. AND i remembered to remind them to get back their $1 deposit for the tickets. (i *think* they understood.) though they probably walked away muttering 'stupidde girhl..ve don'te needde von stupidde dollarh.' or the same thing, in a european language.

lets end off a good day with a good song!
