} in the meantime, i'll deal with the secret police i do find myself at the brink of something different. a different time. it's that times-a-changing feeling once again. admittedly, i do feel a little abandoned. but i don't want to be selfish. i may be losing something familiar, but change (whether it turns out to be good or bad) is inevitable anyway. here i am in the east and hoping that one day, i'll discover that the wall has crumbled.
