} my kingdom for a horse

saw Richard III today. Kevin Spacey was just amazing. so much strength and energy and intensity in one person... it would be incredible to learn to fill a room the way he does. watching this play reminded me of Benedict Cumberbatch's Frankenstein at the National Theatre. it was the same kind of PALPABLE strength that he exudes, even though i was so far from the stage. the modern adaptation was a bit strange, but in a way that i kind of liked. o_o the play ended up taking my whole afternoon, since it is a long play (3 hours!!)... i think i'll regret doing this in approximately 48 hours' time. but for now, i am still reeling.

...like Hitler, Gaddafi and even House M.D. all at once. the shades!! seriously, who thinks of these things? brilliant stuff.
