} i love property law

i do! although i don't really have a reason why. do i particularly care about other people's houses/shares? hmm. no. in fact from the cases it seems like property law proves that everyone in the world is cheap, or greedy, or both. also im not good at it at all, i find a lot of it confusing... but i do enjoy studying it! (so masochistic haha)

maybe it's because of my tutor, who is so hilarious... she rambles on about everything under the planet during class (but everything is interesting, to me). like one time she started ranting that there are NO good/trustworthy credit cards, except the ORIGINAL AMERICAN EXPRESS. not even the ones issued by other banks, ok. the original. so uh that was very useful :D haha. and she also called me today! because i had questions to ask. (i'm very blessed with very nice tutors this semester..)

there is also Prof Kevin Gray i guess, who lectured for half the semester, and when he said during the first lecture that property law is the best and MOST IMPORTANT out of all the other law's i didn't believe him (of course). now.. i still don't agree, but i really did enjoy property a lot. and his lectures were really good! i am, academically in love with him and his perpetually pink face. hahaha :D

also i am completely calm while studying for property. even though the paper is tomorrow (and i haven't covered all the topics). i just feel light and airy and like 'oh heey it's just a test'. i will find out if this attitude will bite me in the ass tomorrow.

on the other hand i am completely completely completely dreading studying for company law after tomorrow. i dont know if people who start companies know what they're getting into. Really.

but why is the exam paper portal freezing now? why?? why???

oh and i handed up my Comparative Legal Traditions (sounds cheem...and it is) term paper yesterday morning :D im starting to feel the after-effects of hunching over the laptop all night (i.e. sore back and the feeling that im about to fall sick) but im glad i don't have to think about it anymore. @_@ though i wish i had written something more original. come to think about it my ideas weren't very brilliant at all, my paper is really just a compilation of things that other (briliant) people have said. ._.

and i Ran for Hope on sunday! it felt greatt and i wasn't even gasping for breath at the end. next year, 10k? maybe??
