HAVE...TO...WATCH....!!!!!!11!1!!

holmes is totally different from the books though (especially the interest in women), but i guess thats kinda expected since its robert downey jr... it would be how holmes would be like if he were an action hero. and jude law's watson is elevated to this...COOL SIDEKICK kind of character (now the casting choices make sense) so it will be quite exciting to see! rahhhhh

today was last day at prestige. (though i brought the rest of the work home) it was another interesting work experience. i think everyone there is pretty...cool. or maybe its just my own consciousness that everyone is a writer and my coolness-meter making judgments as usual. but its been cool (there's that word again) to see how people in a publishing firm are like, i think Prestige seems to have all types but its interesting how the people in August Men all look the same. its like they have a silent dress code? (e.g. glasses must be black and oversized.)

i think overall the place and the people give me a similar vibe to the lawyers i've met... feels like a completely different world from what im used to and not quite ready to plunge into it yet. but i've dipped my toe into the water at least, and will be doing more dipping probably in the summer. im still kind of apprehensive, but also with the tg dinner that we had with rakesh yesterday, i think i also feel a tiny bit of excitement too. we'll see, then.
