} unbelievable (or so i think) luck!

i realise that at the end of (overseas) trips i tend to fall sick. when i went back to indo in december i had stomach pain towards the end... i felt under the weather for a few days upon coming back from hong kong... and from tuesday (the moment i stepped off the plane) till yesterday i kept feeling tired, that lousy feeling like im about to fall sick.

i duno why this is the case, but because of it i really dreaded going to work yesterday. i was supposed to do the closing shift, and i thought there would also be a make-up lecture this morning, which means i wouldnt get the long sleep i normally need to avoid really falling sick.

and then during my contracts tut, i got an sms. i opened it after the tut (hahah i am such an exemplary student) (not) and HAHA it was boss telling me (like 1.5 hours in advance, wth) that he decided to close the shop for the day! in normal circumstances i think i might have been pissed but i was just so so grateful because it meant an extra 5 hours to lie down (i seldom ever take naps), get through one or two cases, have a proper dinner...

and THEN i went to check ivle and it turns out the make up lecture is tomorrow, not this morning! AHAHA. which means that i got to sleep reasonably longer than usual and i dont really feel like im about to fall sick anymore which is GOOD cos readings and assignments are piling up like crazy.

so yeah sometimes or most times in my life i feel damn crappy cos i feel like im so unlucky or what, but things like these remind me that ok i AM lucky sometimes, and i shouldnt be an ungrateful whine. and ok in moments like this i think its worth believing in a God if only to have someone to thank.

anyway but now i really need to bathe and read cases!!! argggg damn you common law system. :( sorry am being an ungrateful whine again. haha. ok nvm wont go into that.
