the nus law interview this morning was pretty bad. behhh. but its probably my fault. i had to prepare some forms, photocopies and passport photos to submit at the interview. i didnt do any of them the night before. =| instead i chose to rush it out in the morning, since the interview was at 11.45 and i thought i had all the time in the world.

WRONG.

for one thing, i didnt complete the warwick scholarship app last night (deadline today), as per original plan. so i had to do it this morning. and doing that, plus filling out the interview forms, took up quite a bit of time so i only left my house at about 10.45, and i got to btp to get passport photos BUT they said they would take 30 mins so i cursed all the way out and hoped for better luck at coro. luckily the photo shop at coro needed only 10 mins. whats with the inconsistency man?? :/ anyway, when i left coro it was 11.25, and i was supposed to report at 11.30 (15 mins before interview) so i rushed out. luckily it was only 2 bus stops away.

but i had forgotten about the long walk inside the campus itself. bloody hell. stupid hill and then walking round and round trying to find the right building. and i didnt have time to compose myself etc, i was ushered into the interview room 5 mins after i was registered.

result: i went in with sweat streaming down my face (and everywhere else, actually), so i looked like a nervous wreck, although i was far from it because i was too anxious about being late and too tired to be worrying about the interview itself!

thats the good part. that i didnt even get to feel nervous. but thats about where the good ends. the whole interview went pretty crappily. they had refreshments afterwards but i was feeling pretty ill at ease, so i took one eclair and went out. and i wasnt hungry, anyway.

oh well. its ok. not the end of the world. btw, if anyone tells you, or if you read an article that says that eating a big breakfast is good for you, they are right. seriously. i had a humongomous breakfast, totally stuffed myself, and until now im barely feeling any hunger pangs. i didnt even have to eat lunch. and now i have home-made spaghetti for dinner before work at the cafe. wonderful..! (i just hope i get time to eat it.)

ok, i've been slacking at work now and i feel really guilty about it so im going to try to do something more productive than reading blogs..
