} im losing ideas for titles

here i am blogging at 6am cos i woke up early to finish my homework and got some spare time left before i got to get ready and everything.

yesterday night, while i was half-asleep scribbling something about carbonyl compounds, i received some shocking news (no, it's not singapore's victory, haha). i dunno if i can post the details here since it doesnt exactly concern me directly, and this IS an online blog after all. but to cut it short, an ex-teacher of mine has just lost a loved one, very suddenly, and it would be nice if everyone could pray for them and their family. even if you dont know them, even if you dont normally pray.

some things are said too much, but in reality all the cliche things that people say are true. these things happen not just in movies or tv dramas but also in real life.. and the impact sure is much bigger when you are not seeing it on a screen.

so now im just gonna take a bit of time to be cliche, and say that i am really and truly grateful for all my friends and people i've met. i dont think i've ever hated anyone, dislike maybe, but never hate (i.e. i will conveniently not see anything if you were hanging on to a cliff by one hand). i do hope that i've never incurred such strong feelings in anyone either, and if i have, im really sorry. it wasnt meant, and i do a lot of stupid things sometimes.

i guess its very bad of me to do this only now, but i guess a lot of people, like me, need all these little reminders from time to time? like whenever i start asking for too many things, and God just wants to tell me, 'woah take it easy, be grateful for what you have man.' of course im not saying that these things happen JUST so that God can remind me of these things, if i were that special i wouldnt be in JC, haha, but i mean. haha i dunno how to say it anymore.

anyway i missed the match last night cos of the 4/2 class outing, but i think singapore's victory is like adding salt to the wound. the wound being the currently shitty relationship between singapore and thailand. i know its unfair to the players and the fans, but i do think it would have been better if singapore had lost. (of course, if s'pore was trying to lose on purpose and the thais found out, you can kiss your bilateral relation goodbye.) i would say it seems like a somewhat hollow victory, in the midst of everything else that's going on.

ok i better go bathe now. cant believe i spent nearly half an hour doing this.

CSI tomorrow! =D
