} no more mindblock

i passed my physics!! :) just E, but still a pass. yay. so doing the tys paid off somehow. im really happy with the grade, and the worst is over now. if i can pass physics, i think i can face chem/maths/gp/econs/malay. :)

the germany vs italy match this morning was so disappointing. i was so sad at the end of it. (but not nearly as devastated after eng vs port.) but its not like theres any italian players to blame. to be honest i thought germany was boring today. they have been better in their offense this year but somehow that just didnt shine through for this match. and they let their guard down just once, which led to that one crucial goal which brought another one in.

after watching that match i felt very proud for england cos although we lost in the end, at least the players kept up their defense until the final whistle was blown. a heroic fight to the death indeed. looks like england just needs to be stronger mentally, cos according to my dad thats what really matters when it comes to penalties... and he's quite right i guess. got to have the confidence and not be so easily shaken or the ball just wont go in, even if your technique is perfect.

i read some article that said that england was confident about taking the trophy this year, but i dont believe that. somehow through watching the matches you can tell that england still has some self-doubt issues. evident in the way they can sometimes be hesitant about taking risks and attacking. and once they score one goal, they want to just defend and maintain it. i hope england will show more fighting spirit in the future, cos i think thats all that is lacking at the moment.

and .. anyway.. on monday night i officially got rid of my 'mindblock'. i call it a mindblock cos i couldnt think of anything else for so long except for that one thing. resolved it when i talked to savie. yay thanks savie. finally figured out why i was so troubled over that little thing.

yeah so now although im still disappointed im not so miserable about this world cup's turnout anymore. i will be supporting france tonight/tomorrow morning. just hope they wont lose cos it seems that in all the matches i watch, the team that im supporting will lose. wth. am i a jinx or something, haha.

had my malay a level oral today. it went okay. not very good but i dont think it was that bad so i should be able to secure a pass at least.

and i feel like drawing more comic strips like the one i posted at the last entry. not about cr and rooney anymore lol, i think cr got enough criticism from a lot of other people. yay. thanks other people who i dont know but also felt the same way. haha. anyway this weirdo mind of mine just went spinning when i thought about both england and brazil going home after quarterfinals. like, can you imagine them on the same plane?? i doubt thats what happened, but still fun to imagine anyway. haha. :)

ok this is the weirdo over and out, wishing everyone all the best for their a level oral exams and common test results.
