cant believe IJ didnt rock the GEP competition. stupid judges. stupid judge who gave them a 6 in every category. they want a smacking, they want SPLINTERED WOODEN EYEBALLS IN THEIR FARKING SQUARE EYE SOCKETS!!!

cos these people have no eyes. blind i tell you. the school that won submitted a model full of bought premade crap?? WTF???!!!

positive side: we got a prize for participation.

negative side: everybody else bloody got it.

i dunno, now i'm even more against GEP than before. way way against. it's stupid. if being in GEP makes you trained to value products which you can just buy from anywhere and put together in less than a day INSTEAD OF A HUGE 3-STOREY MODEL WHICH PEOPLE SLAVED ON FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS IN SCHOOL UNTIL LATE AT NIGHT WITH THE BLOODY SECURITY GUARD AT THEIR HEELS, ASSEMBLED PIECE BY PIECE FROM NORMAL ROBOTIC LEGO KITS........

...the ministry is screwed. lemme tell ya that first. these people are bloody screwed. they don't value effort.

to all the GEP people: IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT THE RESULTS WERE... COS THEY SUCK AND YOU ALL RAWK. IF THEY JUST CAN'T RECOGNISE A WINNING WORK WHEN THEY SEE ONE ITS THEIR OWN BLOODY PROBLEM. you all are already winners within IJ, cos we know you deserve it.

yesterday's chopping wood was cancelled.. and i was looking forward to it so much... going to have it on monday instead. hope its still fun. kinda looking forward to the camp, not looking forward to the hike. bahh.

went for GEP prize giving. the food was good. judges werent. bloody speech was damn long. tried taping it but gave up, my hand became numb before halfway thru the talk. prize giving was damn short. didnt win.

asked to take photos by this group of people who sound a bit japanese. took... 5 pictures in all? then this principal of some school came over to me, asked me to take picture. hmm, ok. she was quite picky, asked me to take from various angles, etc. wth.

reminded me of the time when i was looking at the patchworks and this old balding man asked me to help him take a picture of him next to a panel of patches. dunno whats so memorable abt going to the hdb hub to view some quilts, but oh well.

which reminds me.. hope my dad will allow me to bring his digicam to port.. i want to take pics of the places there......

going for cip later.. forgot if its 1pm or 1.30.. think i'll sms glor later.. wonder if cip at library is gonna be any fun.. will prob be like library duty in sch. bah. boring. hope we get to do admin stuff instead of pack books. must remember to bring reading list... hms.
